STEP 1: CUSTOMER INFO Select your pet. If it's a new pet, please add the information using the (+) button on the app or "Add My Pets" on the website. Remember, proof of vaccination is required!
Step 2: SELECT SERVICE Full Groom: For a complete makeover, including haircut, bath, and more. Mini Groom: A tidy-up with a bath, trim, and extra care for face, paws, tail, and ears. Luxury Bath: Pamper your pet with a bath, nail care, ear cleansing, and brushing—no haircut.
Step 3: SELECT PROVIDER Choose your preferred groomer or select the first available. If you don't select a preferred groomer, you will be booked with the first available.
Step 4: SELECT DATE & TIME If a specific date/time needed is not showing as available, please feel free to contact us to check for a recent cancellation or waiting list.
Step 5: WAIVERS Please carefully read and sign the waivers.
Step 6: PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment requirements may vary depending on the store. We are an appointment-based business, so some stores require an upfront deposit. Please review our Refund Policy for more information
