Resale Tax Certificate Submission / Policy

Woof Gang Distribution is committed to keeping your ordering experience seamless. Maintaining a current resale tax certificate on file is what allows us to sell products to you tax-free for resale and keeps your Marketplace orders running without interruption. Please review the guidelines below and submit your certificate using the form on this page.

1. Submitting Your Certificate

Upload your current, valid resale tax certificate using the submission form: Resale Certificate Form

Depending on your state, this document may be called a Resale Certificate, Reseller Permit, Seller's Permit, or Sales & Use Tax Permit/License — any of these is acceptable, as long as it is current and shows your business name and tax/permit number.

A PDF or a clear photo are both fine.

2. Renewal Timeline

Beginning July 1, 2026, franchisees will have 30 days following the expiration of their certificate to submit a current, valid replacement to Distribution.

Submitting on time ensures there is no interruption to your ability to purchase through Marketplace.

We encourage you to send your renewal as soon as it becomes available so there is no gap in your account.

3. If a Current Certificate Is Not on File

If we have not received your updated certificate within the 30-day window, we unfortunately will not be able to continue processing your orders until a valid certificate is on file.

We know how important it is to keep your shelves stocked, so please don't wait — submit as soon as your renewal is issued.

4. Why We Require Current Certificates

As a wholesale distributor, we sell products to you tax-free for resale based on your valid certificate.

Without an up-to-date certificate on file, we are required to treat those purchases as taxable and could be held liable in the event of a state audit.

Maintaining a current certificate protects both you and Woof Gang, and keeps your ordering process running smoothly.
